Comfortable, quietly situated 75 m ² measuring 4-lay timber house with 12 m ² south balcony and 20 m ² of observable terrace in Simmerath-Rollesbroich, Am Stein 10, disposes of phone and Internet (with netbook) as well as child chair and cot.

Blow-dry, barmen, spices, irons and ironing board, washing machine and dishwasher exist. Washing-up liquids, cleaning materials and detergents, toilet paper and culinary paper as well as garbage bag are put. In the upper floor a narrow, precipitous stair leads.

It is surrounded from 900 m ² big garden. In 200 m of distance to the summer cottage, a vast tract of forest begins with the Kalltalsperre as a starting point (in 800 m). For all moto wheel friends there is in only 500 m of distance a motorcycle rental company.

In the close surroundings lies Monschau with his timber-framed buildings, the historical mustard mill

and the cultural program "Monschau Classic"period, the "Rursee" (big lake) with various water sport offers and the "Rurseeschifffahrt" (shipping on the lake), the national park centre "Nationalpark Eifel",Nideggen with his more than 800-year-old castle history, the game enclosure Hellenthalwith his grab bird show and many other places of interest.

Also Bad-Münstereifel with Heinos (German musician)café is worth an excursion.

The area is from many cycle tracks and footpaths passed through. In Simmerath (4 km away) you find all shops of the everyday need, like food chains, chemist's shop markets, clothing shops and a lot more.

In the spring and autumn Simmerath invites "Simmerather market", a fair after the borders is known.
